Web Developer (No-code/Low-code)

Remote (preferably Europe)

We are looking for a high energy no-code/low-code developer to help us build the NOMOQ Digital Platform. The right candidate will leverage no-code and low-code technologies to build reliable automations to help us scale with a small elite team. Previous experience with no-code tools is welcome. It is also important that you are able to solve logical problems, motivated to learn and excited to build something.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug no-code/low-code solutions

  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Product Owners and other team members to turn business requirements into working and sustainable software

  • Follow the 12 factor app principles (e.g. dependency management, configuration management, dev/prod parity, meaningful logging)

  • Conduct manual tests to ensure a high-quality end-product

  • Speak to users to understand how to create the best user experience

  • Find creative ways to automate our processes (Zapier, Integromat, and APIs like Stripe, Klaviyo, MRP) and integrate new features (using tools like Airtable, Integromat, Webflow, Shopify, Hubspot, softr)

  • Participate in the constant improvement of processes to become more efficient

  • Keep an eye on the best no-code & low-code tools to implement when developing new functionalities

What you need:

  • Experience with software development: this might range from having studied computer science to having hacked together projects using no-code tools.

  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools: you've built stuff on Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, Integromat, Webflow, Shopify, softr etc.

  • An engineering mindset: you're able to quickly understand complex systems.

Who you are:

  • You are humble and ready to learn: you're excited about learning new tools and doing things in an unconventional way.

  • You are excited to test new things out: you like trying new tools and testing different approaches.

  • You have a strong bias for action: you like to get things moving and see what happens.

  • You like to make stuff and/or make stuff happen: this might be a project you did at a company, a product you hacked together, things you've written, etc.

  • You have the ability to explain complicated technical concepts and decisions to non-technical people

Why us?

  • Competitive Salary & 25 days holiday allowance

  • Flexible working environment (flexible hours, ability to work remotely, open office)

  • Informal, kind and respectful environment, you are expected to express your voice openly and you will be heard

  • Work autonomously with cutting-edge technologies, it is up to you to select the tools most suitable for your job

  • Friendly, international and highly experienced team

  • Space to learn and grow, we give ourselves time to research, learn, try and innovate
