Quality Assurance Officer (f/m/d)
You are responsible for the administration of quality assurance processes at our UK site. You support our Head of Quality Management to establish a best in class Quality Management System for NOMOQ.
Your tasks
• You actively support our Head of Quality Management for all sites (currently Germany and UK)
• You are responsible to implement and execute our Food Safety Quality System
• You are responsible to implement and execute our Integrated Quality Management System; Starting with DIN EN ISO 9001
• You are taking care of our UK customers and prepare audits
• You are responsible to follow up non conformities
What you should bring
• You have previous experience in a QA/Compliance role including experience with internal/external audits
• You are highly competent in standard software packages and have excellent IT skills whilst willing to learn new ones
• You have the ability to consistently identify nonconformities and liaise with the relevant department to identify and improve in areas where needed
• You have experience with complaint handling as well as being able to identify and analyse the root cause
• You have previous knowledge and experience of ISO requirements
• You are willing to travel to NOMOQ’s other sites for internal audits
