Your tasks:
• Accounts payable: entering purchase invoices, expense reports, reconciliations and preparation of payment runs
• Accounts receivable: providing support in issuing sales invoices, controlling of sales invoice compliance on a months basis
• Client reconciliations and chasing outstanding invoices
• Intercompany: internal invoicing and reconciliations
• General ledger: booking banks, cost allocation, other month-end bookings and reconciliations
• Support in controlling, financial and management reporting
• Support in working out processes
• Providing monthly reports to the group controlling team
• Work closely with external service providers
What you should bring:
• Several years of experience in accounting
• A commercial education and relevant further training in accounting
• Good understanding of the German tax system
• Organisational skills and digital affinity
Who you are:
• You are a positive person with a can-do attitude and good inter-personal skills
• Integrity, discretion and loyalty as well as understanding of operational context
• You are fluent in German and English
